Storm Force

Based on the Devon/ Cornwall border, I draw inspiration from the wonderful coastline and the wild open spaces of Dartmoor. I specialise in landscapes and seascapes and love to be out in the elements to experience the seasons and their changing features at first hand, rejoicing in their natural power and calm serenity. For me there is nothing better than to feel raw nature and from these spectacular resources, I seek to capture the atmospheric experience and emotions and transfer them to my paintings for others to enjoy the precious experience of nature’s wonders. I am a member of the “Drawn to the Valley” group of artists and a member of the Lydford art group. Working mostly in the medium of Acrylic paint, but sometimes watercolour, besides my originals, I also produce Limited Edition Giclee prints on canvas or quality art paper. www.geoffdodd.art
