My education degree led me to an inspiring post developing community arts projects at Battersea Arts Centre in London. I set up a variety of arts projects in venues as diverse as womens refuges, schools, community spaces and the art centre itself.  Textiles, a love of colour and texture and a visit to India, living and working with the village women in Gujarat had a strong influence on my current mixed media work. I have exhibited in southwest galleries, but I love nothing more than sharing the creative process and techniques with others. I consider myself a maker who enjoys creating without boundaries.
