Beth graduated in 2008, with a First class honors degree in Fine Art at the University of Gloucestershire. Her work has since reached international audiences exhibiting in New York, Hong Kong, Brussels, Milan, Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg and London. Her paintings can be found in galleries in Milan, across the UK and in private collections. Beth has been living and working in rural Portugal for the last 12 years. Following a recent return to the UK settling in Cornwall with her husband, 3 children and a project of restoring a 400 year old derelict farmhouse, Beth´s work has taken a bold new direction. The paintings exhibited at Delamore are the first of her new works to be publicly shown. The presence of inanimate objects echos previous work however, her minimalist history has been interrupted by the arrival of inspiration of new spaces and places; From English country gardens to abandoned spaces, memories of the past and dreams of the future. The paintings culminate in a colourful celebration of the natural world and invite the viewer to adventure into them to explore for themselves what these spaces reveal.
