Octopus

My material of choice is always stone, despite the challenges of weight and hardness. I first discovered carving in 2009 and now cannot imagine a life without it. Living and working in Devon has always been an inspiration for my work. Time has been hard to keep track of lately but being surrounded by nature brings awareness to the natural cycles and rhythms to measure our days. My new abstract works focus on these themes, exploring the form and harmony to be found in natures pulse.
