Steve is an Exeter based printmaker whose work has been exhibited at the RWA in Bristol. His prints are inspired by skies, the character of the clouds tending to inform the composition of each picture. His preference is for relief printing using lino in a combination of reduction and multi-block techniques. Steve’s prints seek to capture ephemeral moments whether they be fleeting reflections in water, shifting cloud patterns, the enormity of an overarching sky, distant vistas or a brief moment of stillness amongst the constant movement of the natural world.
