Emma is an established ceramicist based in East Cornwall working exclusively with porcelain. Fresh plants, textiles and hand stitched embroideries are carefully selected and used to make impressions in the clay before firing and subsequent glazing. The resulting pieces are framed individually or gathered in assemblages reflecting the precious and the diverse natural world in all it’s moods and incarnations.
