As a full-time landscape artist working from my studio in the heart of the Tamar Valley, Cornwall, I draw continual inspiration from the surrounding natural beauty. The richness and freedom of Impressionism have inspired my artistic vision, which I interpret through a distinctive sculptural process using oils applied solely with a small painting knife. Each work begins with extensive on-site research, capturing the atmosphere and character of the landscape to invite the viewer into the scene.
