arry Chadwick worked for 45 years as a marine engineer before a change in direction to the arts. He graduated in 2022 from Arts University Plymouth having completed a BA (Hons) in 3D Design Craft. He works predominantly in steel, cutting, folding, forming and welding it, before it is galvanised and powder coated. The use of vibrant ‘Pop Art’ inspired colours makes his sculptures stand out in the environment so as to beckon the viewer in and to lift their day no matter the time of year or the weather. His first external solo show which was as a result of exhibiting at Delamore 2025 was at the beginning of 2026. He was invited to exhibit at RHS Rosemoor, where 13 of his sculptures brought colour and life to the Winter Garden providing visitors with a welcome distraction from the grey of winter before spring brought forward new life and its own vibrant colours.
